Common Faults and Maintenance Methods of Flying Saw

1.The flying saw trolley cannot be stopped when it returns to its original position, causing the gear rack to disengage, which is the open circuit damage or short-circuit of the in-situ induction switch.

2. The saw car does not return after the pipe saw is broken and the table saw is caused by the short-circuit damage of the in-situ induction switch or the long-term damage of the switch lead by water corrosion and insulation damage, and then the error signal sent to the microcomputer is caused by leakage.

4. If the saw car does not cut to the end, the table saw is open circuit damaged or the switch position is not suitable.

5. The saw car does not return after the pipe saw is broken and the table saw is broken, and the tooth is lost due to the open circuit damage, short line or inappropriate position of the table saw in-position sensor switch.

6. The saw is not lifted, the saw truck is returned, the saw blade is hit, and the clamp release signal has interference. Using an oscilloscope, you can see that the clamp release signal has interference pulses. You should check whether the relay capacitor or absorption diode that is normally operating in the relay cabinet or whether there is any nearby. Relays without absorption (focus on checking the drop saw relays and solenoid valves).
