Produce Application
The uncoiler is a special equipment for metal sheet leveling, which is used to level the steel sheet. The concave-convex plate can be composed of unwinding, leveling, shearing production lines and other plate product production lines according to relevant configurations. Suitable for machinery, vehicles, metal products, household appliances, steel structure, decoration and other industries.
(1) The rotation of the automatically operated uncoiler is controlled by the automatic ring arm. Ring arm controls variable speed operation, providing smooth stops and starts. Variable speed reduction uncoiler.
(2) The rotary drive system of the safety uncoiler and the expansion power of the reel are fully guaranteed. Overhang control allows to disable automatic rotation during coil loading.
(3) Electrical requirements require three-phase power. The device can operate in the 220-575 volt range at 50 or 60 Hz.
(4) Construction buildings include steel plates and heavy structural profiles. The plate seams are hermetically welded. Structural supports are included when necessary. The expansion and contraction of the mandrel is achieved through a link system that includes bronze bearings.
(5) The uncoiler is completed. After fabrication, the uncoiler frame is machine cleaned and powder coated before electromechanical assembly.
(6) Coil Cart Options A coil cart with weight capacity matching the specified uncoiler can be included. The coil cart includes a "V" shaped surface to center the coil during movement. The coil cart includes sufficient vertical travel to contact the lower surface of the mandrel when fully extended. The power coil car moves along rails installed in the base of the uncoiler. Hydraulic check valve prevents vertical coil drop in the event of loss of hydraulic pressure.
(7) Installation of the uncoiler and the roll car can be installed by placing on a typical industrial concrete foundation and drilling holes on the concrete expansion bolts.
