1、We produce this machine for mexico customer, pipe size Max 230mm, Max thickness 10m, Max pipe length 12m.
2、This mechanical arm is different with electromagnetic chuck, if API steel pipe has magnetic, it’s not good for welding seam connection, in order to improve the situation, we developed this design.
3、Also mechanical arm operate more fast than electromagnetic chuck.
4、This systerm lift and move by servo motor, mechanical arm rotation by pneumatic cylinder, arm moving by servo motor.
