Slitting Knives Material Types

1. Tool steel / alloy steel knives

Made from materials such as 3Cr2W8V, Cr12MoV, H13, W18Cr4V, and LD. After heat treatment and precision grinding, these knives offer good hardness and toughness, suitable for slitting carbon steel and stainless steel in standard applications.

2. High-speed steel / carbide knives

Made of high-speed tool steel or cemented carbide, these knives provide higher hardness and excellent wear resistance, suitable for difficult-to-machine materials such as stainless steel, high-alloy steel, and high-tensile steel.

3. Ceramic knives
