Straightening machine introduction:
Straightening machine is a device for straightening metal profiles, bars, pipes, wires, etc. The straightening machine uses straightening rollers to squeeze bars, etc. to change the straightness. Generally, there are two rows of straightening rollers, the number of which varies. There are also two-roll straightening machines, which rely on the angle change of the two rolls (concave in the middle, hyperbolic roll) to straighten materials of different diameters. The main types are pressure straightening machine, balance rolling straightening machine, shoe rolling straightening machine, rotary reverse bending straightening machine and so on.
Steps:
1. Before starting the machine, check whether the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic station, the gear oil in the reduction box, and the transmission box are full.
2. Before starting the main motor, check and adjust the rotation angle and adjust the working pressure of the hydraulic system.
⒊Inject lubricating oil into each lubricating point, and check the operation status of the mechanical transmission part to make the transportation flexible.
⒋Operators should wear labor protection supplies, and must not leave their posts or shift posts after starting the machine.
5. After the oil temperature and oil pressure of the hydraulic station are stable, the upper straightening roller is lifted to the initial position.
⒍Manual receiving, the steel pipe is sent through the third pair of straightening rollers, and then the upper straightening roller is pressed down and clamped.
⒎Start the main motor, the steel pipe rotates forward and is straightened at the same time.
8. The motor stops, the straightening roller stops straightening, the upper straightening roller lifts up, and the straightened steel pipe is sent out.
⒐If reverse straightening is required, the main machine can be reversed through the reverse knob on the console to carry out reverse straightening.

2. Matters needing attention
1. Carefully observe the straightness of the steel pipe. During the initial adjustment, ensure that the steel pipe is in contact with three-quarters of the straightening roller body, and ensure that the gap is not greater than 0.1mm.
2. The straightening speed should be adjusted reasonably according to the bending degree of the steel pipe and the material of the steel pipe to be straightened.
⒊Adjust the distance between the upper and lower rollers according to the material, curvature and required precision of the steel pipe to ensure the straightening reduction.
4. During the straightening process, it is strictly forbidden to touch the straightening roller and the moving steel pipe with hands, and pay attention to the surface quality of the steel pipe to prevent scratches and indentations on the steel pipe surface.
