HG20 High Frequency Welding ERW Steel Tube Mill
The high-frequency straight seam welded pipe equipment feeds the steel strip of a certain specification into the machine, curls the steel strip into a tube blank through the forming roller, and then uses the high-frequency proximity effect and skin effect to quickly heat the pipe edge to the welding temperature. And the welding is completed under the extrusion force of the extrusion roller, and then cooled, sized and roughly straightened to become a steel pipe of the required specification.
