Heavy Gauge Slitting Line

The workflow of a slitting production line typically involves the following steps: 

Firstly, stainless steel coils are fed into the slitting machine through a feeding device, then they undergo uncoiling, positioning, and alignment steps to ensure precise cutting. Subsequently, the slitting machine cuts along the length of the coil to produce strips of the desired width. After cutting, the strips are collected and stacked at a designated location, followed by packaging and labeling for subsequent transportation and use.
